Outlook Express missing from Start Up. Microsoft Explorer appears instead.
Last night at shutdown I received a message that an Adobe update would be downloaded. Today my Outlook Express icon is missing from start up and only Explorer appears. In order to get my mail I had to go to the programs list and engage there. Is there anyway I can get back to my normal, please. YL Oh yes, My Dell Vostro desktop is running XP Prof. Version 2002 SP3 and Internet Express 8. YL1 person needs an answerI do too

Right click on the Desktop | New | Shortcut. Browse to *C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE* Click Next | Click Finish. A new shortcut will be on the desktop. You can drag it into the Startup Menu if you want.Bruce Hagen ~ MS-MVP [Mail]

Right on the money! Thank you so much. I did have to change the caps in msimn and change the * to "I'm now a happy camper!
