Outlook Express error code 0x800CCC0b on outgoing emails only
My email has worked fine for years. Today I suudnely can't send (but can receive) emils and get an error code of 0x800CCC0b. I read a bunch of garbage about possible problems, but does anyone know the solution?2 people need an answerI do too

0x800ccc0b - IXP_E_BUSY Server or mail drop is busy1: Is this a sudden new problem? It may be just a temporary server issue.2: What AV program do you run?3: Was Norton of McAfee ever installed even as a trial program?4: Is e-mail scanning enabled? Turn it off. Bruce Hagen MS-MVP [Mail]
