I have a friend using XP home ed. Uses Outlook express for email, don't ask me why. For some reason, he is unable to delete some email but can also delete some. I asked him to try draging a message that wouldn't delete to the deleted folder but that gave him an error message. We tried system restore be that failed to resolve problem. Any suggestions?1 person got this answerI do too
