Also, you have a little sign that says "Select the forum that most closely matches your topic. (Don’t worry, if it’s not the right one we’ll move it for you.)" Instead, you sent me a message that tells me to go to a place that doesn't appear when I click on it.

Click Start----Run----type 'wab' without quotes ------------- once windows address book is opened click on file then manage identity ---- create new identity
