Outlook Express doesn't download images in emails. I can view my downloaded e-mails and e-mail attachments offline but not even a single picture. My Outlook 2007 got 100% corrupt and now I can use Outlook Express only.SW1 person needs an answerI do too

The condition is the same, I see a red x instead of a picture in my emails when I'm offline.SW

Then you're not downloading the pictures with the emails. Of course they won't show when you're offline if you haven't downloaded them. Look in OE's options for where it says to download all images. I don't have OE configured on any of my machines so can't check for you, but I Googled for "Outlook Express download all images" and got a lot of links.
