Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.
Original title: Error Message on my outlook express cannot openWhen I try to open outlook express I get the following two messages. Outlook express could not be started. The application was unable to pen the outlook express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full..I cleaned the disk and I still get this message. I also get another message that say Outlook express could not be started because MSOE.dll Outlook may not be installed properly. pleae help

You need to delete folders.dbx.
