Outlook Express__Outlook 2010
I recently installed Office 2010 after several hours of attempting to do so and with help from technical support. Two issues appear to have arisen; (1) I use Outlook Express as my default email programme. However, it now won't launch, and my address book and folders no longer appear. (2) I tried launching Outlook 2010 to attempt to recover the files and folders, however Outlook 2010 will not launch. My primary concern is the files, folders and address book in Outlook Express. The programme remains installed in my C drive, how can I recover my files, folders and address book and get Outlook express to launch?

This is a Vista forum and Outlook Express does not exist in Vista, so its not clear what is the problem or what programs you are really using. If OE won't start and you are using something besides Vista, then seewww.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#7 Also seewww.oehelp.com/backup.aspx steve "outdoorsolutions" wrote in message news:69d2b18f-5d80-4f6a-baa6-3fa192970c6b...I recently installed Office 2010 after several hours of attempting to do so and with help from technical support.
