Hi kwjacq1, To delete an Identity in Outlook Express, you have to have a secondary Identity already created. In addition, you must also be logged into the second account to be able to delete the primary account. Try the following: From within Outlook Express, open theFilemenu, point toIdentities, clickManage Identities, and then click New. In theType your namebox, type a name for the identity. ClickOK. Click Yes to the pop-up to switch to the new identity now. Now open the Manage Identities windows again (Step 1), select your old account and click Remove. This will, of course, delete anything within that Identity, including address book contacts and e-mails.
