After working for years, when I attempt to Email a picture from the Pictures folder, Outlook Express presents a blank Contact panel for the Email address.If I type and Email address into the To: window, it will not send the Email. Do you mean the Contacts Pane under the folder tree? How many addresses do you have in your address book?
