Outlook Express E-mail Sending Error Message
E-mails sent to one address keep bouncing with the following message: "Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 DKIM verify failed, please forward to the e-mail administrators for att.net or have them contactEmail removed for privacy"I am using XP Pro SP3 with Outlook Express 6 (OE6). The service provider is AT&T with DSL. Everything worked fine when I had AT&T dial-up, but as soon as I switched to DSL, the one address for all recipients started bouncing. I have contacted the recipients' postmaster and he says that the e-mails do not have a proper signature and are being rejected. I contacted AT&T Technical Support and I sent test e-mails through the AT&T/Yahoo e-mail service and they were all successful. Now, AT&T says it is my OE causing the error. I have tried test e-mails from my OE and occasionally they will go through, but not always. Again, this only happens on one e-mail address.I am stumped and would greatly appreciate your assistance. 1 person needs an answerI do too
