Outlook Express 6 error
I cannot send or receive email. I get the follow ing message:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
Please help

So are you using Outlook Express or Outlook 2003 as you indicated when submitting this question? In case of the first, you might want to repost in an Outlook Express forum as this forum covers Microsoft Outlook.
Anyway, this issue is often caused by having a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook. Uninstall this integration component of your virus scanner and try again. You'd still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner. For details
