Outlook Express 6 Address Book
My aim was to copy the Address Book in a CD, as back up. I used the "Export" option in the File drop down menu. The file was copied but I was unable to open it, so I delete it."Unable to Open the Address Book. The Address Book may not be installed properly" This message appears when I click the Address Book option in the Tools drop down menu.I cannot reply, compose new messages and appear not to be receiving any.I tried the Restore System facility but no change.

Outlook Express is not part of Office, OE is part of your version of win / IEYou cannot open an OE address book, in anything other than OE (I believe, as I dont use OE)Windows Restore has no impact on data files
