Unfortunately, that isn't possible. Once an E-mail message is sent, we have no control over it. Various problems can delay it.

The delay could be with Tiscali, or with the other person's server, or with the Internet. I don't think that the problem could be with your software. If this has only happened once, let it go. If it happens repeatedly, something's wrong.
