Outlook Express 6, when inquiring a SEND / RECEIVE, wants to hang up.
Outlook Express 6, when clicking SEND / RECEIVE, returns the following message:An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'XXX Sales', Server: 'mail.XXX.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133. This occurs only when there is mail on the server to be downloaded. (I have added the X's for ID secrecy).I have enough time to observe how many messages are to be downloaded and then the program stops. After closing the message, everything appears normal, I can send email, but cannot receive it.Compacting has not solved the issue.My current solution is to use my laptop to download the existing email. It works like a charm. But this indicates to me that there is no corrupted email (one friend's suggestion) on my server or an extremely large one (another friend's suggestion). Anyone have any ideas what could be done to resolve this issue? Thanks,david 1 person needs an answerI do too
