Outlook Express 2000 - receiving emails
Outlook Express says it is connecting to the server and can send emails correctly but when it starts receiving an email the egg timer comes on and it freezes up. It then says Outlook is not responding. It is very difficult to end the programme - slow. When I go back onto outlook express the new email is in my inbox, but now I am always having to open Outlook twice like this to receive emails, whatever their size. My ISP (Talktalk) went through the properties and says they are correct. They won't do anything else - referred me to Microsoft Office helpline who won't help because Outlook 2000 is now an old system.2 people need an answerI do too
