I have XP SP3 and Outlook Express 6I use OE 6 in regular basis ( 100 messages per day ). Since Oct 26 , 2010, OE moves very slowly , then state "not responding " , after sort time comes back running, downloads messages, but I have blank preview pane and clicking on message I have very late respond and opening the message the body is blank.I can not read my mails.I tried the MS Outlook repair procedure , I rereg the dll's , I downloaded the Windows live Mail for XP and the problem still the same AND for the Windows Live mail .I have all updates installed . My PC is updatedTask Manager show that msimn.exe runs 99% the CPUor the wlmail.exe 99%I think that it is an WinXP SP3 problem and as I have not SP3 CD ( upgrade from SP1 )can you help me on how can I reinstall Windows SP3 or how can I overcome my OE problem ?Is it a solution to upgrade to Win 7 , to overcome the problem ?Can you help me ?

Thank you vader95. The problem is really serious .I think that it is a problem from the Operating System WinXP SP3.that is why I think to upgrade to Win7 , butI do not know if this will overcome the problem.
