I am not receiving incoming emails into my Outlook Express Inbox although "new messages" is displayed in bottom right corner. When I forward messages from Webmail they go into deleted items folder in Outlook Express. ISP & McAfee both checked their procedures1 person needs an answerI do too

I am not receiving incoming emails into my Outlook Express Inbox although "new messages" is displayed in bottom right corner. When I forward messages from Webmail they go into deleted items folder in Outlook Express. ISP & McAfee both checked their proceduresIf you are receiving messages in Deleted Items instead of the Inbox, only Blocked Senders, Messages Rules, or a spam program can be responsible.
