Outlook Express
Hello~ I appear to be outside of listed categories by asking about Outlook Express, but perhaps someone may be able to help with this, too? My Outlook Express started to freeze several times a day, beginning about five days ago. I have Norton Security Suite, all updated, and just ran Microsoft Worm Blaster. No problems found. The only new download on my computer that day was the Comcast Toolbar. I just uninstalled it~no improvement. Any ideas? What a wonderful service you offer~Thank you so much.P.S. I don't think I'm Beta, since I've never heard of it, but then, look at my screen name. :)

The first thing I'd do would be to completely uninstall Norton Security Suite and reinstall it without any mail integration. Antivirus scanning of mail is probably the most, or close to the most, frequent cause of problems with mail programs.
