Outlook 2013 calendar not syncing with Lync 2013. In meeting status not getting updated

Hello,

i am using Lync 2013 (15.0.4701.1000) MSO (15.0.4701.1000) 32 bit version along with Outlook 2013.

i notice that when i have a meeting scheduled in Outlook 2013 calendar, the status in Lync 2013 does not automatically change from available to in-meeting status. Am changing the status manually in Lync from Available to Busy.

Can anyone help in suggesting a suitable solution?

This will help you in syncing outlook 2013 calendar with lync 2013.

Please check the client policy configurations.

CalendarStatePublicationInterval  : Specifies the amount of time, in seconds, that Skype for Business waits before retrieving calendar information from Outlook and adding this data to your presence information.

Agree with Paul and Eric,

Check if you have latest updates and pollintervall.If its set to 30 minute and you created the meeting before that time precense wont be updated.

Also check if SMTP and SIP is the same,or this can cause the issue as well.
