Outlook 2010 - saving personal folder and contents
I have quite a few personal folders and sub folders for work projects which I need archived to my network. What i want is to be able to save them, in bulk, as individual emails (outlook items) rather than one .pst file. I know you can one-by-one, but im talking hundreds of emails! I have tried auto archiving, the personal backup add-in and exporting with no luck. I really need them as outlook files for reviewing at a later date. Is there a macro or additional add-in to run this?

Nothing wrong with multiple methods. A complete .pst ( user name\personal folders) is good for recovery or transport, then also File, Open, import & export and select various folders and file types to export until you get the one that you need.

I have tried this method. It wont let you change the file type from .pst. I do really want to have individual emails saved.
