Outlook 2007 disconnecting wireless connection
Every time I check my email in outlook 2007 it will disconnect or interupt my wireless connection. The connection completely drops for a few seconds and causes every computer on the wireless network to lose connection. I have changed the settings in Outlook for the server time out and that briefly fixed it. I have replaced the wireless router with a more powerful one (for other reasons besides this). I have upgraded my internet connection and cable modem. I have searched online and can not find a solution My OS is Vista Premium. Using Outlook 2007. My wife has also had issues recently sending and receiving emails on her laptop and she is using Vista Premium and Outlook 2003. Does anyone have a solution? Gil

I'm having the same problem with a DELL laptop running outlook 2007 with windows xp professional. I've tried using a different wireless network card in the laptop and different routers. I don't have the problem with my other 2 laptops running wireless and outlook 2007. Just this one laptop. Everytime my wife runs outlook 2007 it takes out the laptop wireless connection and disrupts the entire network.

I am having a similar issue with my Dell Latitude XT and Outlook 2007. I saw it occasionally while running Vista but it has increased in frequency after upgrading to Windows 7. MS Update did find a driver update for the Dell 1505 Draft 802.11N Wireless card but it had no impact on the issue. My wireless card does not appear to go offline but Outlook 2007 certainly loses its connection to the Exchange Server temporarily.Still searching for a solution.
