Outlook 2007 can't connect thru RPC over HTTPS
Hi, I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate TRM, with Office 2007 Pro SP2. I configure our Exchange 2003 server to support RCP over HTTPS and we published the settings for the Outlook thru the GPO. I have only one laptop in the organization that can't connect thru this settings. all others works fine. What could be the problem? I uninstalled the Office and reinstalled it without success. I read here about the option to add 2 regkeys to the RPC and tried it but it didn't work. Sniffing the communication on this laptop shows that it even don't try to connect to the Exchange server thru RPC over HTTPS. It only try TCP/IP. any help? Udi.

Since the Outlook 2007 solution center is a payment support option, I'm expecting from this forum to help me with the problem and not to point me to the payment option. That's why I'm not accepting this reply as an answer to my problem.

Windows 7Exchange 2007proxy settings in outlook 2007.connect using ssl only only connect to proxy servers that ...
check that box and put in msstd:the same as the https:// line for your URL connection to exchange.
This works for some folks in our company. Seems to be hit and miss.Just a thought.
