Outlook 2007 - Customised icons keep disappearing.
I have a custom icon I keep putting onto the Outlook toolbar, on some clients is fine but on some of them the custome icon keeps disappearing.

when you say custom icon, are you referring to adding a button to the toolbar? if so , which button are you trying to add?Ross Kotter
