JayceeThe problem was when I opened an Outlook 2007 email and clicked on an embedded link in the email, nothing happened i.e. no navigation took place to the embedded URL address.Since posting here, I made further Google searches for the problem and came up with the following solution:Start / Run / Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll / OKStart / Run / Type regsvr32 ole32.dll / OK This cured the problem! But I do not know what caused it in the first place. The only thing I had done was instal Microsoft Fix it and run it for Improve performance, safety and security in Internet Explorer. Could there be a bug in this process? I allowed Fix it to make its selected changes.
