As of yesterday noon, I can not download my email using Outlook. I can send outgoing mail. I get the following error message. Task 'pop.earthlink.net - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' I've talked with them, they say because the mail will go out, it is not a problem on their end and to talk to Microsoft.1 person needs an answerI do too
