Outbound voice issues

I've got an Enterprise setup with two FE servers, co-located mediation server, edge, etc. and I'm trying to get enterprise voice working by trunking into a CUCM setup.  However, when dialing out from my Lync client I am getting the following error from Monitoring:

10025; source="XXXXXXXXXXX.BCAD.BAYCARE.ORG"; reason="Gateway peer in outbound call is not found in topology document"; component="MediationServer"

Then in the Session Detail I get:

14011; reason="Called Number translated"; source"XXXXXXXXXXX.BCAD.BAYCARE.ORG"; RuleName="144001 Test"; CalledNumber="144001"; TranslatedNumber"144001"' appName="TranslationService"

12006; reason="Trying next hop"; source;"XXXXXXXXXXX.BCAD.BAYCARE.ORG; PhoneUseage="Test PSTN Usage"; PhonRoute="EV Test Route"; Gateway="XX.XX.1.13"; appName="OutboundRouting"

So it seems that Lync is getting the number & doing the translation but doesn't know the next hop as the gateway to hand off to CUCM?  The PSTN Gateway IS defined in Topology & linked to the co-located mediation server.  It even states in the 12006 message the correct Gateway IP.  I'm guessing there would be another entry in the Session Detail if the next hop was found to hand off to?  Has anyone ever seen this?

Thanks,

Eric

What is the PSTN gateway you defined in Topology?

Lync recognizes CUCM as a PSTN gateway connected by SIP.  So we need to add CUCM to the Lync topology by adding it as a PSTN gateway.

Please check step-by-step configuration tasks to set up the Direct SIP connectivity between Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Lync Server 2010 in the following link.
