Out of nowhere: unable to connect to both wireless and wired internet
I have a Dell laptop computer with Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit) as the Operating System. I came home from work to find that I was unable to connect to my wireless internet. I plugged the ethernet cable in directly and was still unable to connect. I cannot connect at home, work, or anywhere else. I spent hours on the phone with my internet provider only to determine that there was no trouble with my connection. After replacing the motherboard, Dell has determined that it's not the hardware. I have check the device manager and everything is fine. I pinged and that was communicating properly, but I still can't log onto the the internet. I'm at a complete loss. 1 person needs an answerI do too
