I have ordered the Windows 7 home premium upgrade from Amazon. While I wait for it to arrive can I download an evaluation version from Microsoft to install and then then just enter the license code when the box from Amazon arrives? Lionel - Had you ordered direct from Microsoft, you would have had 3 options...1.) You could have had them just ship the package2.) You could have had it set for an electronic download3.) You could have had them ship you the copy AND let you download your copy so you could get started ASAP.Not so sure other retailers give you those options.

Egads - Glad to see you're still around. Hopefully not driving the mods too crazy in the process...Been busy - work seems to have picked up - especially after the summer vacation season. And you know torrents are NOT a recommended means for getting a copy. While you can do it, you often find some nasty toy surprises inside. Stuff like preinstalled malware/spyware/viruses and such. Good grief, the Windows Team Blog recently posted yet another warning about it this week.
