I have followed http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg420962(v=exchg.141).aspx to integrate Lync 2010 to existing Exchange 2010 SP3 environment.

Event logs and Lync log analyzer did not show any error. I have also noticed on CAS servers, that IM provider was initialized. I have also checked registry on CAS servers and there is a record related to OCS DLL (like described in manual).

Servers are up to date and rebooted. But when I log in to OWA, I miss Lync presence icons next to my name and also I have no option to sign in.

I have already tried to uninstall/reboot/reinstall/reboot binaries, but it did not help. I have also checked OWA virtual directory setting and OWA policies and everything looks great.

It just does not work
