Open a certain URL via Skype for Business

Hi Edwin,

yes sure, i am happy about every help-assistance.

i want to know, is it possible to open an certain URL, when sombody is calling me with skype for business or

Lync 2010? Our company-product is a webbased application with a integrated ticket-system(Incident-System).

Example: When you calling the url: http://localhost/SPS/Workspaces/HomeWorkspace.aspx?ContentWorkspaceID=C2D7107F-E8CC-4967-9E83-228658E8AE2C, than the application opens with a blank new incident Template.

When you append on this URL number or emailaddress, the system knows automatically which user it is

and all mandatory datafields will prefilled.

Is there some possibility in skype4business or Lync, that when sombody is calling me to open my url i have configured?

Example again: Mr. X is calling me in skype for business/lync. He has the telefonnumber: 1234

Now i want to open my special configurated link:

http://localhost/SPS/Workspaces/HomeWorkspace.aspx?ContentWorkspaceID=C2D7107F-E8CC-4967-9E83-228658E8AE2C&TelNumber=1234

It means i want to append the incoming teleonnumber on my url and open

it with the Internetexplorer.

:) Thx 4 your help

natively out of the Box I don't believe this is possible

however you can refer to SDK documentation to see how you can create one

Hi all,

i have one question. Is there a possibility to open a certain URL by Skype for Business.

Use-Case: Person Peter calls me. He has the Telefonnumber "12345" and Emailaddress "Peter.Jackson@web.de".

Now i want that "Skype for Business" opens a URL, where i can attach parameters with the Telfonnumber of Peter Jackson.

Example:

http://localhost/sps/Incident.aspx?...&TelNr=12345

Is ther some possibility to realize that?

Thanks for help

Kai
