Hello Team,

Im facing a strange issue, when a particular user makes a video call or receives a video call he cannot see himself or other user's video however he can hear them fine.

I tried the same user on another machine and he can see the video fine, his camera is fine since i can see the preview under Video settings, he can see the video on the same machine using Skype,Just Lync is not picking video.

We can see him fine on the other side on call, so no issues with camera. I have already re installed Lync with no luck.He doesnt have USB camera to try. Any other thoughts??

Hi,

1. Please check if graphic card driver to the latest version.
2. Check if you enable hardware acceleration office 2013, if yes, try to disable it on Word and then test again.
