One contact's mail continues to be put into Spam folder
Emails from my son continue to be directed to my Spam folder or my Deleted (blocked) folder. How can I get his emails to go into my inbox?

find your email programs junk email options and search for his email in the blocked senders list remove it then add him to your safe senders listPlease remember to flag a post that helps you as "answer" so that it may help others with same problems.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I tried that first. If you have any other ideas, I am certainly open to them.

Solved... Norton Security had his name listed in their block emails with wrong spelling.
