On startup I get application has generated an exception...Process id=09a4(2468),thread id0x9b8(2488) and then JLTdebugger is not working 0x2(2)--How do I debug manually?
I recently upgraded XP Service pack 1 to Service pack 3 and now have IE8 and Norton 360.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Racheala,Do u have any program in startup.. Click start -> programs -> Startup. Try clean boot process listed in :http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353.Hope this helps.
