On boot up I've lost my personal settings.
On booting up my computer it always loaded my personal desktop and layout now it is loading the Packard Bell desktop and is asking me to set up my computer. I cannot access my emails in outlook as my computer thinks I need to set it up. What can I do to get it back to normal?1 person needs an answerI do too
