unless you are particularly a PAID subscriber (most folks are free subscribers) that won't open until the 5th, I believe.Kris

The best place to post questions like this is the MSDN or TechNet Site Feedback Forum, althoughtweeting about itseems to have worked pretty well!If the download icon is greyed out, you're either not signed in or you dont have permissions to download the file. If you click the 'details' link, you'll seea list of all subscription levels that have access to Win7 file. If your subscription level is listed here, then you should contact subscriber customer support; see this page for contact info: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/aa948875.aspx. You can also try the 'top downloads' section which is an alternate experience from the regular subscriber downloads site.
