Offline files on Windows 7 pc's greyed out
I have several users that use offline files in Windows 7 that are having issues. Here is what happens; Users home directories are located on a Win2k3 server and they are synced to the local pc for offline service. The sync seems to work fine and after the folders syncronize I can place the folder offline and the files appear correctly. The problem arises when the users goes to our branch office..... when users are at this office they work offline, but the offline files and folders are greyed out and have an x on the icons and cannot access these offline files.

Rinker1 Can you tell me how you finally fixed it? I'd really appreciate it having the same exact problem here.

never really did. It seems the offline files folders do not replicate to the local machine. The only way I worked this out was to delete the offline files store and re-create.
