Offline Webpages
Never knowingly wishing to use Offline files, I see space used by Offline Webpages in Disk Cleanup. In \Windows\Offline Web Pages there is never anything. In Control panel Sync center, the Manage Offline files does nothing. The only Offline evidence I ever see is when Live Mail is opened to a disabled internet connection, Pop up asks Work Offline/Retry. If the Disk Cleanup element for Offline Webpages is clicked, it opens \Windows\Offline Web Pages where there is nothing. So where are these Offline Web pages?

Windows 7's problem is that I never use offline files but disk cleanup shows space occupied by offline files and when I select to view these in disk cleanup, there is nothing there. After disk cleanup, no space used by offline files show until I do another run of it maybe a few days later. This forum entry is not my problem. You can close it if you think you have answered it.
