Looking to implement My Documents redirection with offline synchronization for remote users connected via Direct access and would like to use the USMT to capture their existing My Documents data and pre-stage it on a file server so we are not trying to synchronize Gigs of data accross their ISP connection and only doing deltas. Does pre-stageing the data work or like FRS will it simply view the data on the server as newer due to modified date of when it was copied, if it does not work any thoughts how to accomplish this?
