Hello, I have a new Win7Pro 32-bit laptop that I have enabled offline files as "Always Available". The location I want available offline is a network, home drive (H:) The user has Full access and the laptop is on the same Domain. When the laptop is offline, the files or folder contents (more files) are not available and the icons for the individual files are grayed-out with an X in the lower left corner of the icon. If I try and manually sync (Sync Now) from the sync center, then the results show errors stating: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." The laptop is running on A/C (not battery) power.
