Offline Files inaccessible when connected to a different network than the one that's synched with.
I am using Windows 7 Sync Center to sync with a network drive (I connect to the LAN with a wired ethernet connection). Everything works fine when I'm working offline (not connected to any network) or working on my home Wifi network. But when I go to another office and connect to their LAN over ethernet, my offline files become inaccessible. They do not become inaccessible right away - there's a delay that I noticed of roughly 10 minutes before they become inaccessible after I connect to the network. I imagine that because I'm using my computer's ethernet connection, it thinks that the network drive should be there, even though it's a different network that the one that's synced. I don't believe the button for "Work Offline" was available at any time I was connected to the other network. Should I disable the "slow connection" option? Any other suggestions? Also, is synching only bi-directional, or is there a hidden option somewhere for one-directional synching?

Hi, Based on my understanding, Offline Files maintains a local cache of remote files and folders on your computer; Offline Files makes network files available to an end user when a network connection to the server is unavailable or slow. If you cannot access the offline files, please check the Event Viewer to see if there is any information on this issue. Meanwhile, please try to process monitor to see what happened when the operation failed: Troubleshooting with Process Monitor Hope it helps.
