Offline Files Fail to sync for first time after user migrates from XP to brand new Win7 laptop. Files stored on Server 2003
Every user that has migrated to a new windows 7 laptop in our org has lost offline files capability after doing so. We have folder redirection set up for their documents and have had this set up the whole time. When they moved laptops they had everything intact with the folder redirection. I don't know where else to look, we have users in other locations with mirrored policies and they work fine. No user/group policies have changed in the move so I'm at a loss as to whats causing failures. I've looked around for days and can't find anything related.
