I had to reset to factory settings on my new HP because of non related, I think, hard drive issues. Everything seems fine except now Office Starter will not load. "Contact Micosoft" says the error message. After nearly an hour I cannot find one solution but I have found it costs $40.00 to get Chat assisstance. My opinion of Microsoft Office and support? = TOO Obscene to type here. I wanted to continue trying out MS Office, I was prepared to like it after using Word since 05 but LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR THE QUAGMIRE THAT IS MS!! MS and QUICKEN practice the same style of customer service/abuse. OFF TO DOWNLOAD OPENOFFICE !!! Don't bother to answer this I won't be back. Sincerely, PCox Idaho
