Office 365 Address Book not mirging with lync 2013 CLient

Hi All,

we are setting hybrid office 365 with on -premises exchange 2010 and lync 2013.

we have exchange 2010 & lync 2013 working fine,

now we are getting address book from online SharePoint in outook 2013 not exchange as we varied in contact details it is showing source as SharePoint, when we click on linked URL it redirect us on office 365     portal.

all contact coming from online SharePoint in outlook for all users. all lync contact coming from lync server on premises.

but when we open outlook & lync same time as everyone works..lync contact not showing mobile And phone numbers.

I think lync client not able to merge SharePoint contact which is present in outlook with lync contact . this is the problem

Thanks

Hi BOC Technet,

To resolve this issue, change the telephone number in the Office 365 portal or the on-premises AD DS so that it follows the E.164 format.

If you're using Directory Synchronization together with an on-premises AD DS, populate the telephoneNumber attribute that uses the E.164 formatted telephone number, and let the attribute sync to Microsoft Office 365.

Note It can take up to 24 hours for changes that you make in the portal or on-premises to be visible in a users Lync contact card.
