We have windows 2003 domain. clients are using windows xp sp3, windows vista and windows 7 systems. I have enabled remote assistance group policy setting in AD. I can offer remote assistance to xp users from server 2003, xp, vista and seven without problems. I can offer RA from to windows 7 and vista from windows 7 and vista. The problem is I can't offer remote assistance from xp or server 2003 to windows vista or windows 7 users. an error message pops up displaying: "Automation Server can't create object".9 people need an answerI do too
