Occasional content filter problems with messages from Ukraine

Apologies for a vague question but perhaps someone can help:

I am encountering occasional problems with messages being content filtered when they contain content from a source in Ukraine. I see this on both an on-premises Exchange 2010 system and Office365 hosted systems. It occurs in both messages coming direct from Ukraine and with content forwarded from another address which originated in Ukraine.

The common factor is the source.

How do I get more information than the "5.7.1 Message rejected due to content restrictions" in the SMTP log?

I hope this it the correct forum. I see the rejection I the SMTP log, not in the Agent Log

Hi,

the massage is rejected by the Cloudmark engine. What you can do it to create an exception for the content filter for the specific domain/sender.
