Hi Andre.Ziegler Thanks for your reply. I tried the ProcessExplorer with not luck. Not sure if I was using it right but all it showed were DLL's and EXE's that were open. Any other ideas? Thanks Bob Eyster Windows 7 Pro 32 Bit

You have to press CTRL+F and search for the files. Here is a video how to use ProcessExplorer: http://www.msteched.com/2010/NorthAmerica/WCL314 "A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" CLIP- Stellvertreter http://www.winvistaside.de/

Where is the Temp folder located, the C:\Temp or the C:\Windows\Temp? Basically, the Temp folder is used to store a temporary file, a computer file which ceases to exist when the program opens the file, closes it or terminates. Though the .tmp file is none readable by human beings, you could open the .tmp file in notepad and indistinctly see which program creates it. For example, when I go to C:\Windows\Temp folder, I open TS_B34.tmp file and get to know it is created by Microsoft-Windows-TaskScheduler-Debug.
