The created date is sure funky, but the file size numbers are right. On my computer, it was created and modified on Monday, April 14, 2008. Right-click the file and click Properties > Version . It should say Copyright: Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved , and the Company item should have a value of Microsoft Corporation .
