OE opens up in separate gray colored window with little box in corner asking for my password and says "No current identity".
I log in with my password and can access OE but why is it not accepting my main Identity?

I'm trying to imagine what you are seeing, but I'm confused. You say OE opens in a separate gray window, but also say you can access OE.Can you get to a point where it looks like OE did before you ever set up an account?
