I sent out a message to test some new email addresses I had downloaded from a friend. All went out fine and 153 came back as bad. When I attempted to open one of the bad address files to see what email sddress it was in order to remove it from my contact list my OE crashed and I can't get anything on my IMAP inbox. I went to the server and printed all the bad add messages and then deleted all of the bad messages in hopes that would cure the problem. No luck I downloaded Tom Koch basic repair kit but I can't find a window that allows me to 'Remove all off line files". His instructions don't seem to match up with my Explorer internet options.
