ODBC --connection to 'dbase' failed
I'm positive this is a computer side error, as I'm not seeing it anywhere else in our network.
I have ODBC DSNs being pushed out via Group Policy (via registry settings).
On all other computers this has been working flawlessly.
On this one computer, I can go into ODBC Administrator, on the System DSN tab and see the DSN I'm looking for.
Within MS Access 2003 (Office 2010 installed w/o Access - Access 2003 is installed), I open up the given database, and end up with:
Run-time error '3151''
ODBC --connection to 'dbase' failed (where dbase is the name of our DSN
I get out of the error, click on File > Get External Data > Link Tables
Set 'Files of type' to "ODBC Database"
In the Select Data Source window I click on the Machine Data Source tab and I do not see the DSN listed there; however, again it is showing within ODBC Administrator as a System DSN.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes, the group policy pushes out the ODBC DSNs via registry settings.
Our domain consists of WinXP and Win7. This computer having the issue is a Win7 machine, other Win7 machines do not have this problem.
